Agreement to Terms
Welcome to BoldChoice Flagstaff Sunrooms. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related services in Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding areas. All service agreements are subject to a written contract that outlines the specific scope of work, timeline, and costs.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.
Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. We require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion unless other payment terms are agreed upon in writing.
Payment methods accepted include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service contract.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to complete work within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your contract.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Labor warranties and material warranties are outlined in your service contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you as the property owner.
Our warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters. Regular maintenance is required to keep warranties valid.
Limitation of Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and licensing for all work performed. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Property Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to complete the work. This includes providing parking, electrical access, and ensuring pets are secured. You are responsible for moving any personal items or furniture that may interfere with the work area.
Permits and Approvals
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for the work. You are responsible for ensuring any HOA approvals or other property-specific requirements are met before work begins. Delays caused by permit or approval issues may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of BoldChoice Flagstaff Sunrooms and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
Changes to Terms
